Tarragon-Ginger

Based on the original Georgian recipe from 1887, we refined the tarragon sherbet with ginger and orange juice. The first taste impressions: fresh, spicy, with a very subtle hot flavour.

Ingredients: Natural mineral water, sugar, carbonic acid, orange juice concentrate, natural ginger tarragon flavouring with other natural flavourings, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, stabiliser: locust bean gum, colouring: copper-containing complexes of chlorophyllins.
